How about an article highlighting the danger of E. coli and salmonella from our industrialized food production system?

• E. coli 0157 recently almost killed one of my collegues children, hospitalizes thousands, and kills about 60 people annually.

• Salmonella- results in an estimated 1.2 million illnesses and 450 deaths annually in the US
